Bourg Perfect Binder Features PUR Technology, Other Innovations

C.P. Bourg has added PUR technology for its proven BB3002 single-clamp binder for more precise gluing and better adherence while using less energy and less glue, making the BB3002 now able to handle either EPA or PUR glue. The system uniquely features tool-less, automatic set-up using an icon-driven touchscreen to easily select and set most functions from a list of menu options. The BB3002 also measures book block thickness automatically and calculates the centerline of the cover to fasten the spine, to bind books of the same size and different thickness one after another automatically – without operator intervention.
